Eligibility

• All artworks and digital files sold are the intellectual property of Pearlie Bee.

• Purchasing a digital or physical artwork grants you a personal license only. You may use the artwork for personal display (digital or print) but you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or reproduce the files in whole or part.

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes without a separate written license from us.

• We reserve all copyright and moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

• Payment must be made in full at checkout via the approved payment gateways.

Delivery of Digital Products

• Digital products will be delivered via secure download link after successful payment.

• Download links may be time-limited and should be saved immediately after purchase.

• We are not responsible for loss of files after delivery — please back up your purchase.

Refunds and Consumer Rights

• Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

• Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will provide a replacement file at no extra cost.

Physical Products (if applicable)

• Shipping costs, time frames, and options will be displayed at checkout.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by Queensland and Australian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights granted under the ACL.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
